"I am committed to honoring the people who make our products and the places where they are made. That's why I like to treat every step of our process with the utmost care for the artisans, the customers and our planet. We try to create a synergy between them, telling the story behind each product so that people reconnect with real, honest fashion that will stay in their closet forever. "

In the high mountains of southern Mexico, small communities of women work together to create magical pieces. Each community spins the wool from their sheep or dyes the raw cotton with pigments taken from Mother Nature, thread that they weave on their backstrap looms. All the pieces we make, try to bring you closer to the respect for the work of ancestral textile techniques.

Trapella was born from the romantic idea of finding artisans around the world with whom to collaborate and interpret typical products of the places we travel to. All the products we make are handmade, respecting the working methods of each place. Therefore, each piece contains a unique story and an unrepeatable journey.
